Who is Stuck to Scaled for?

 Generally speaking, Stuck to Scaled is for you if:

  • you've been running an advisory business for a while and have the basics mostly sorted out, While strictly speaking anyone could do this course, if you don't have a business up and running already it'd be pretty challenging to learn and apply some of the lessons thoroughly- and learning how to run a business while doing this course at the same time would be VERY challenging.

  • you're frustrated with where your business is at- you know it could be so much better/bigger/more profitable etc etc, but you've tried everything you can think of and you’ve made some gains but you want to supercharge the growth and profitability!

  • you're pretty good with tech- you know your way around a computer and are happy to try new software/apps if you know they'll help the business.

  • you've read a few business books that talk about how to improve your business and you like the sound of it, but implementing what they're talking about just goes into the too hard basket.

  • you've got a team (even if it's a team of 1 plus some automated software!) that you know could do so much better but you don't know how to bring that out of them.

  • You get:

    • the full 'Run Like Clockwork' course (one module released each week),

    • a technology/app module released each week,

    • a group coaching call every week,

    • and 24/7 access to the community for help and support.

    (The group call is recorded so that if the timing doesn't work for you to attend it live, you can watch it later. You can also submit questions for the call in advance and have them answered even if you're not there- it's definitely better if you can be there though, just in case you want to ask more questions! )

  • You’ve got lifetime access to the course materials, and if you want ongoing support then there’s a community membership option as well! As a bonus- any materials added to the course in the future will also be added to your library free of charge!

  • I recommend that 2-3 hours a week is a good place to start- obviously the more the better, but this should give you enough time to work through the course materials, pick one aspect of your business to apply it to and check into the community pages to get help if you get stuck. You can probably do it in less time, and you can definitely put in more than that if you want to/have the time, but we suggest this is probably enough to make sure you understand the material and to be able to start to apply the concepts to your own business. (Also, you can do it in chunks throughout the week- the modules usually have 2-3 short videos that you can watch one at a time)

  • ABSOLUTELY! While I don't do any 1 on 1 coaching, I'm really active in the online community and I'll answer all the questions that people need help with- plus there's the weekly group coaching calls where we can talk in depth about any challenges or questions you have!

    You'll probably also find that in the community there are people asking the same sort of questions that you've been wondering about- which is what makes it so valuable to keep checking back in regularly!

  • I'm really proud of the fact that we offer a full 12 MONTH money back guarantee if you don't feel you've got value from the course! Obviously we need to have a few conditions on it: you've got to have completed the entire course, asked for help in the community and/or coaching calls when you need it, and applied as much as possible to your business. But after all that, if you can honestly say you haven't seen a significant improvement in your business we will definitely give you your investment back- because it's not fair for you to do the work and not get anything from it!

  • You should have been able to make major improvements during the course, but you’ll probably also want to come back afterwards and carry on working on it! The big goal over the 12 weeks of the course is to give you the tools that you can systematically apply over time to your business (and also to make sure you understand how to apply them), but also to be doing a lot of the transfomation as you go. The awesome thing about the knowledge and tools you learn on this course is that they will be able to be applied again and again at each new level of your business- think of it as a blueprint to scaling up that will work for any size of owner operated business! 

    Some parts of the course will be easy for you to work through because you've already got things set up pretty well there, and other parts will be a lot more involved because you've never heard of the concept before. The secret is to just keep going- don't try to change every single aspect of your business in the 12 weeks- just do enough to make sure you understand how it works, and once you've finished the course you can go back to the bits that you can see need more work and get stuck into them then. (And remember- you can always decide to keep your membership of the online community and group coaching calls going after the 12 weeks if you still want to have support available once the course is finished!)

  • No, but wherever possible the tech/software/apps we recommend will have either a free or low cost tier that you can sign up for. The tech/software/apps that I recommend are ones that I use myself, and over the years I've often found value in the paid offerings, but you don't need to start by signing up for a whole lot of subscriptions that you may or may not end up using. (And honestly, in most cases you're better to start with the simpler options you get in the free/low cost tiers anyway, so that you can learn them bit by bit rather than getting overwhelmed by all the options all at once!)

  • You can definitely start preparing for it! Because Stuck to Scaled is based on the 'Run Like Clockwork' course and book, I'd recommend reading (or listening to the audiobook version of the book) 'Clockwork' by Mike Michalowicz (where possible, choose the ‘revised and expanded’ edition). Both have advantages- if you've got the book then you can make notes all over it, but the audiobook has bonus content that isn't in the book. Personally I found it nearly impossible to read a physical book when I was getting started in the course because I was so time poor, but I was always able to fit in moments here and there to listen to the audiobook- 5 minutes while I was doing some filing or housework, 30 minutes while I was driving somewhere, and more time in the little moments where I could safely be running on autopilot and learning how to make my business better at the same time!

  • Whichever suits you! There’s options for both: paying up front in full is the most cost-effective option, but if you prefer paying as you go we've got a 3-month payment option too!

  • As someone who has had hearing loss most of my life and has worn hearing aids for a while now, it's really important to me that I support people with accessibility challenges. Even at my level of hearing loss I experience the frustration of daily life that doesn't take anything like that into account, so I genuinely want to make life easier for anyone experiencing challenges. We make subtitles and recordings available wherever possible in our videos and generally try to set things up to be accessible in as many ways as possible. We're always looking for more ways to improve the way we support people with accessibility challenges too- so if you see anything we can improve on please let us know and we'll do our best to incorporate it ASAP!

  • This is something of utmost importance to me.
